Annie Dillard wrote, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.” For many of us, work is one of the dimensions of life that we engage in most often, and most consistently. My prior professional experiences gave me insight into many of the challenges in the legal profession, which got me to consider what a work environment more closely aligned with my values might look like. After talking with Tony about Mission Law, I felt excited about being on a team that prioritizes impactful work, technology-enabled services, and a healthy and balanced workplace. Since joining, I am continually inspired by being a part of a team that is at the forefront of reinventing what it means to be a legal professional, all the while delivering incredible services and cultivating authentic relationships among ourselves and our clients.
